中西医结合在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的作用。方法：30例急性胰腺炎病人中轻型胰腺炎14例，重症胰腺炎16例。治疗组：采用中西医结合治疗，轻型胰腺炎中西医结合治疗3～5天。重症胰腺炎中西医结合治疗6～9天。对照组：取同期内病情严重程度大致相近，而未采用中西医结合治疗（采用禁食，胃肠减压、纠正酸碱平衡、抗感染、抑制胰腺分泌的药物等方法治疗）的同等数量病人作对照组。结果：急性轻型胰腺炎采用中西医结合治疗病人的血淀粉酶复常时间和总住院日虽低于对照组，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而重症胰腺炎病人的血淀粉酶复常时间和总住院日明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合对急性重症胰腺炎有明显疗效。

Application of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To observe the effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating acute pancreatitis. Methods： Using combination of Chinese and western medicine to treat patients with light acute pancreatitis for 3-5 days （14 cases） and patients with serious acute pancreatitis for 6-9 days （16 cases）. Treating patients of the same quantity in the control group with fasting, anti-infection, etc different from combination way. Results： Recovery time of hemodlastase and days in hospital of the patients with serious acute pancreatitis are significantly lower than those of the control （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is quite effective to treat serious acute pancreatitis with combination of Chinese and western medicine.
