Abstract: | Tetralogy of fallot with absent pulmonary valve is rare. We report the antenatal diagnosis of this condition in early mid-semester. In this unusual case, the patient presented with hydrops fetalis. The pathophysiology is discussed. (ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, Volume 10, November 1993) |
