论《临证指南医案》中辛润开肺思想在便秘治疗中的运用

探讨《临证指南医案》中辛润开肺思想在便秘中的运用。叶天士治疗便秘时主张腑病治脏、下病上取,特立辛润开肺一法,其立法严谨、用药灵活、配伍精当。然其所著《临证指南医案》一书案语甚为简括,其诊治之法甚难掌握,以《临证指南医案》为蓝本,节选肠痹、肺痹及其他散在各门中典型医案,并结合其他古籍加以分析探讨其学术思想。

This paper discussed the application of thoughts of removing lung obstruction with pungent-natured and moistening drugs from Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records in the treatment of constipation. Ye Tianshi proposed that fu viscera diseases should treat zang viscera and syndrome of lower-jiao should treat upper-jiao,and created the therapy of removing lung obstruction with pungent-natured and moistening drugs. The therapy was rigorous with flexible medication and accurate and proper compatibility. However the words in his writing Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records were very brief,which made the methods of diagnosis and treatment too hard to grasp. Based on the intestinal painful impediment,pulmonary arthralgia and other typical medical cases in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records,combined with other ancient books,his academic thoughts were analyzed and discussed.
