益气扶正法在大肠癌防治中的临床应用及作用机制研究进展

大肠癌的发病率和病死率均呈逐年上升趋势,目前临床治疗以手术为主,联合放疗、化疗,但预后不理想。中医药疗法在大肠癌多学科综合治疗中发挥着越来越大的作用,其中益气扶正法可以提高机体免疫力,配合放、化疗增效减毒,延长患者生存期、提高生活质量,在大肠癌治疗的各个阶段均被广泛应用。为此,就益气扶正类中医药在大肠癌术后、放化疗期间、晚期抗转移的临床应用,以及在调节机体免疫功能、抑制肿瘤血管生成、调控肿瘤相关信号通路及基因、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞转移等方面的基础研究进行综述。

Clinical Application and Mechanism of Therapy of Benefiting Qi and Strengthening Vital Qi in Prevention and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer have increased year by year. At present,surgery is taken as the main clinical treatment combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but the prognosis is not ideal. Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has played a more and more important role in the multidisciplinary combined treatment of colorectal cancer. Among,therapy of benefiting qi and strengthening vital qi can improve the body immunity,enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,prolong the survival time and improve the life quality of patients,which has been widely used at various stages in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Therefore,this paper reviewed the clinical application of therapy of benefiting qi and strengthening vital qi in the postoperative period,radiotherapy and chemotherapy and advanced metastasis,and the fundamental research on regulating the body immune function,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,regulating tumor related signaling pathways and genes,inducing tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and metastasis.
