| 摘 要： | 综述中药治疗白癜风的作用机制研究进展。目前现代医学对白癜风发病机制提出四种学说:自身免疫学说、氧化应激学说、黑素细胞自毁学说、遗传学说。从免疫调节、抗氧化应激、黑素细胞保护与功能调节等方面总结中药治疗白癜风的现代研究进展,为治疗白癜风的新药研发提供思路与科学依据。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the mechanism research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo. At present,there are four theories about the pathogenesis of vitiligo in the sight of modern medicine,including theory of autoimmunity,theory of oxidative stress,theory of melanocytes self-destruction and theory of genetics. This paper summarizes the modern research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo from some aspects, such as immune regulation,anti-oxidative stress,protection and functional regulation of melanocytes and so on,which provide ideas and scientific basis for the research and development of new therapeutic drugs for vitiligo. |
