| 摘 要： | 四君子汤为补脾益气的经典方,亦是临床治疗恶性肿瘤的常用中药复方,目前有许多关于四君子汤及加味方在临床抗肿瘤及作用机制的研究和发现。临床研究方面,主要报道了对恶性肿瘤的防治作用及减轻化疗毒副反应、提高恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能、降低对化疗耐药的作用;基础研究方面,多从预防肿瘤发生、抑制肿瘤生长,以及促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移、提高荷瘤动物免疫功能、缓解肿瘤恶病质等方面进行研究。
