温和灸肾俞穴对亚急性衰老大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察温和灸肾俞穴对亚急性衰老大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、艾灸组3组,每组8只。模型组、艾灸组通过25%D-半乳糖125 mg·kg-1·d-1颈背部皮下注射制备亚急性衰老大鼠模型,正常组注射等体积的0.9%Na Cl溶液,均每天1次,连续注射40 d。艾灸组大鼠在造模同时,艾灸双侧肾俞穴,每天1次,每次5 min,连续艾灸40 d;模型组和正常组每天肾俞穴做抓取动作5 min。40 d后采用ELISA方法检测各组大鼠血清IgA、IgM、IgG的含量并测算胸腺、脾脏指数。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清IgA、IgM、IgG的含量均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);与模型组比较,艾灸组血清IgA、IgM、IgG的含量均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。模型组胸腺、脾脏指数均较正常组明显降低(P0.05);艾灸组胸腺、脾脏指数均较模型组明显升高(P0.05)。结论:温和灸肾俞穴能全面调节机体免疫系统,可能有助于延缓机体衰老进程。
