皮肤癌与锰超氧化物歧化酶信号肽基因多态性关系的研究

摘    要:利用聚合酶链式反应与限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP),检测了52例皮肤癌和50名正常人锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)信号肽基因的多态性位点V-9A,结果:皮肤癌患者与正常对照相比具有较高的-9A等位基因频率和A/A基因型频率,表明MnSOD信号肽基因的多态性位点V-9A与皮肤癌发病相关。

Study on the relationship between skin cancer and the genetic polmorphism in the signal sequence of manganese superoxide dismutase(MnSOD)

Abstract:PCR- RFLP method was used to detect the polymorphism in the signal sequence of MnSOD gene in 52 patients with skin cancer and 50 nomal controls. The results showed that the frequencies of the- 9A allele and the- 9A/A genotype were higher in skin cancer patients than those in controls, which suggest that the polymorphism in the signal sequence of MnSOD gene is related with the pathogenesis of skin cancer.
