三联疗法对绝经后骨质疏松症骨密度的影响

目的:观察阿伦磷酸钠、阿法骨化醇和中药仙灵骨葆三联疗法对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度的影响。方法:30例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,每日口服阿伦膦酸钠10mg、阿法骨化醇0.5ug和仙灵骨葆3g,疗程6个月,观察治疗前后骨密度的变化。结果:治疗后骨密度明显上升,治疗前后L2～4、股骨颈及Wards三角的骨密度经t检验差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论:三联疗法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,可以明显升高骨密度。

Effect of Triple Therapy Treatment on Bone Mineral Density of Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective：To observe the effect of triple therapy treatment of alendronate sodium,alfacalcidol and XianLing GuBao on bone mineral density in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods：30 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis took orally alendronate 10 mg,alfacalcidol 0.5 μg and XianLing GuBao 3 g for six months.The changes of bone mineral density were observed in before and after treatment.Results：The bone mineral density significantly increased after treatment.There was significant difference in the bone mineral density of L2～4,femoral neck and wards triangle by t test in before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The triple therapy has good effects for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and bone mineral density can be increased significantly.
