| 摘 要： | 目的全面了解我区游泳池水质卫生状况及变化趋势,为2010年广州亚运会卫生保障提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生检测技术规范》、《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》和《游泳场所卫生标准》对游泳池水进行现场采样、检测和评价。结果海珠区2005～2008年游泳池水质监测总合格率为45.31%,各年度总合格率变化不明显(x2=4.679,P0.05),各年度间浑浊度、大肠菌群合格率较高为100%,其次为细菌总数为99.81%,游离性余氯最低为55.98%;2005年尿素合格率为86.91%,以后逐年下降,差异有显著性(趋势x2=21.318,P0.05),游离性余氯各年度合格率差异无显著性(x2=3.202,P0.05)。结论海珠区游泳场所水质卫生状况不容乐观,水质尿素合格率有下降趋势,应加强游泳场所卫生管理,规范经营行为,确保水质卫生状况,为2010年广州亚运会公共卫生安全提供科学依据。
