| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高频雾化治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床用药疗效。方法将40例婴幼儿哮喘患者随机分为高频雾化组（20例）和对照组（20例）。对照组为常规平喘治疗，治疗组在此基础上加沙丁胺醇气雾剂合并布地耐德气雾剂高频雾化吸入治疗。对比分析两组疗效。结果 高频雾化组总有效率95.O％，显效率90.0％，明显高于对照组的80.0％和45.0％，高频雾化组疗效优于对照组，两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。喘息症状、肺部哮鸣音的消失及肺部湿啰音的消失情况，差异具有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论 高频雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效确切，有一定临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high-frequency-atomizing inhalation on infant with asthma. Methods 40 infants with asthma were randomized divided into trial group （20 cases） and control group （20 cases）. Results The course of treatment of the high-frequency-atomizing group was significant shorter than those in the control. The decompensation, anoxia and asthma in the high-frequency-atomizing group improved much better than the control either （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion High-frequency-atomizing aspiration of is an effective and secure therapeutic approach for infant with asthma. |
