| 摘 要： | 急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的临床评价与处理仍然是个难题.随着对ACS病理生理研究的不断深入,表明病史、系列心电图、心肌损伤生化标志物、运动试验、床边超声心动图、放射核素扫描和冠状动脉造影等,对于ACS危险分层评价和治疗方案的决策具有重要临床意义.

| Abstract: | Clinical evaluation and management of the patients with chest pain suggestive of the acute coronary syndromes (ACS) remains a common problem. With our greater understanding of the pathophysiology of the ACS, These studies indicate that patient history, electrocardiogram, Cardiac - injury biochemical makers, exercise treadmill testing, echocardiography, radionuclide imaging, and coronary angiography are important tools in the risk stratification of patients with ACS allowing adequate treatment decisions.The purpose of this paper is to review the advanced of the clinical evaluation and management for ACS. |
