| Abstract: | We have analyzed a case of pancreatic carcinoma in a pregnant woman, 37 years old, in the second trimester of the pregnancy. She had a positive family history of digestive tract carcinoma. The delivery ended surgically and hysterectomy was performed at the same time. |
