妇产科抗菌药物合理应用的管理成效探讨

目的探讨抗菌药物在临床的合理应用及管理措施与成效。方法对妇产科2003、2005、2008年7～9月出院病历各333、455、602份，在制定抗菌药物合理使用制度干预前、后的使用情况与成效进行分析。结果干预后抗菌药物联合使用率与无依据频繁更换抗菌药物比例均降低，病原微生物遥检率增高，国手术期抗菌药物使用时间缩短。结论运用综合干预措施对临床抗菌药物的使用进行管理，可有效降低抗菌药物联合使用率与无依据频繁更换抗菌药物比例，提高病原微生物送检率，减少抗菌药物使用种类与剖官产术后抗菌药物使用时间，从而获得较好的管理成效。

Rational usage and administration of antibiotics in Department of Obstetrics-Gynecology

Objective To evaluate the rational usage of antibiotics and management measure. Methods 333,455, 602 medical records from July to September in 2003,2005,2008 were analyzed. The uses of antibiotics before and after rational use of antibiotics intervention were compared. Results the ration of drug combination and replacement frequency reduced significantly after intervention compared that before intervention. The examining rate of pathogenic microorganisms obviously rose. The perioperative antibiotics application period shortened. Conclusion The application of comprehensive interventional measures for management of antibiotics could decrease the rate of combination use and replacement frequency, increase the examining rate of pathogenic microorganisms, decrease the perioperative antibiotics application period.
