悬浮床不同温度对烧伤患儿创面愈合的影响

目的 探讨悬浮床治疗患儿烧伤创面的适宜温度,以提高疗效,减少患儿疼痛程度及并发症.方法 将入睡悬浮床治疗的60例烧伤惠儿随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组入院清创后暴露创面即入睡悬浮床,观察组将悬浮床的温度设置为28℃,对照组设置为32℃.比较两组患儿的创面疼痛、创面干痂形成时间、痂皮厚度、脱痂时间、创面愈合时间、创面细茵培养阳性率及脱水症发生率.结果 两组患儿创面疼痛、痂皮厚度、脱痂时间、创面愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 悬浮床温度设定为28℃治疗患儿烧伤创面,能减轻疼痛,避免创面损伤,促进创面愈合.

Effect of Suspended Bed with Different Temperature on Recovery of Burned Children

Objective To explore optimal temperature of suspended bed for burned children's recovery. Methods Totally, 60 burned children were equally randomized into a control group and an observation group. The temperature of suspended bed was 28 ℃ in the observation group and 32℃ in the control group respectively. Such indexes as degree of wound pain, time for scab formation, thickness of scab, decrustation time, wound healing time, positive rate of wound bacteria growth and dehydration rate were com-pared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in degree of wound pain, thickness of scab, decrustation time and wound healing time (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Optimal temperature of suspended bed for burned children is 28℃. It could effectively alleviate pain and boost healing.
