| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价术中放疗联合区域动脉灌注治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的效果。方法 :17例局部晚期胰腺癌减黄手术时行术中放疗(IORT) ,胃网膜右动脉插管行 5 -氟尿嘧啶( 5 FU ) 表阿霉素 (EPI) 丝裂霉素(MMC)方案的区域灌注化疗 ,其中 6例术后行外照射放疗。结果 :疼痛缓解率70 5 9% ( 12 / 17) ,临床受益指数 3 5 2 9%( 6/ 17) ,局部病灶部分缓解 2 3 5 3 % ( 4 / 17)。中位生存 11个月 ,1年生存率 3 5 2 9%( 6/ 17)。结论 :IORT结合区域动脉灌注化疗毒副作用轻微 ,可明显提高临床受益率 ,延长生存期

IORT and regional chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of combination of intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) and regional chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma.METHODS:Seventeen patients with pancreas adenocarcinoma were treated with IORT and regional chemotherapy including 5-FU,epirubucin and mitomycin, and 6 cases accepted external radiotherapy postoperatively.RESULTS:35.29%(6/17) of patients were clinical benefit responders,23.53%(4/17) had a partial response.The median survival time was 11 months and the 1-year survival rate 35.29%( 6/17).CONCLUSION:The IORT and regional chemotherapy makes a notable impact on clinical benefit in locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma and leads to a significant prolongation of the survival time without severe side effect. |
