马来酸桂哌齐特注射液改善糖尿病下肢血管神经病变的临床观察

目的：探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液改善糖尿病下肢血管神经病变的效果。方法：138例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液500mL,ivgtt,qd×7×2加拜阿司匹林0.1g qn口服。对照组用丹红注射液40mL加0.9%氯化钠注射液500mL,ivgtt,qd×7×2加拜阿司匹林0.1qn口服。其他治疗相同,观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后患者自觉症状改善明显,而对照组症状改善较微。二组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：在综合治疗的基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液静点更能改善糖尿病下肢血管神经病变效果。

Clinic Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Cinepazide Maldate on Vascular Nervous Lesion with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the state of limb vascular nervous lesion in lower with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM） after treated with cinepazide maldate. METHODS： 138 patients of vascular nervous lesion with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups. The first group was treated with cinepazide maldate 320 mg ＋ 0.9% NaCI 500 mL, qd for 14 days and Asprine 0.1 g qn; The second group was treated with Danhong 40 mL ＋ 0.9%NaCl 500 mL ,qd for 14 days and Asprine 0.1 g qn . RESULTS ： The first group was better than the second group in the fields of improving clinic symptoms. CONCLUSION： Basic treated with cinepazide maldate can improve vascular nervous lesion with 2DM symptoms obviously.
