基层医院骨折术后切口感染相关因素及预防措施

目的探讨骨折术后切口感染的特点,分析与切口感染相关的影响因素,降低骨科手术感染率。方法分析853例骨科手术患者的临床资料,总结24例感染的临床特征造成骨科手术后切口发生感染的危险因素。结果手术感染与患者年龄、手术持续时间、有否参观人员、是否接台手术、应用电刀、住院时间、切口分型、骨折类型、手术部位、高危人群、术前存在其他部位感染、术中出血量、术者的无菌观念、手术技能和术后管理等密切相关（P〈0.05）。结论加强骨外科手术切口医院感染的监测工作,有针对性采取相关措施,提高医务人员的预防意识,可降低术后感染率。

RELEVANT FACTORS OF POSTOPERATIVE INCISION INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH FRACTURES IN PRIMARY HOSPITALS AND PREVENTION MEASURES

Objective To explore the characteristics and relevant factors of postoperative incision infection in patients with fractures to reduce the infection rate of orthopedic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 853 cases of orthopedic surgery were analyzed and the characteristics and relevant factors of postoperative incision infection in 24 patients with fractures were summarized.ResultsIncision infection is closely related to patients＇ age,operative duration,whether there being visitors,whether receiving surgery,whether using electric scalpel,hospital stays,types of incision,types of fractures,operative site,high-risk group,preoperative infections in other sites,intraoperative bleeding,surgeons＇ aseptic concept,surgical skills and postoperative management（P〈0.05）.ConclusionStrengthening the monitoring of postoperative incision infection,taking relevant measures and promoting medical staff＇s preventive awareness.
