| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微波手术联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效及安全性。方法将160例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为对照组（宫颈微波手术）和观察组（宫颈微波手术联合安达芬栓剂）,比较两组治疗的临床疗效、阴道出血和创面愈合时间。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显提高,阴道出血时间、创面愈合时间均明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效显著,明显改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect and safety of cervical microwave operation combined with drug therapy in treating cervical erosion.Methods 160 patients with cervical erosion were randomized into the control group treated with cervical microwave operation and the observation group treated with the combined use of cervical microwave operation and drug therapy.The curative effect,and the vaginal bleeding time and healing time in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased,and the vaginal bleeding time and healing time were significantly decreased in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined use of cervical microwave operation and drug therapy can produce good curative effect on cervical erosion and improve patients＇ prognosis. |
