医护人员手卫生的依从率现状调查与相关影响因素分析

目的了解北京朝阳医院医护人员手卫生依从率及相关的影响因素。方法采用隐蔽式现场观察的方法,对全院部分科室医护人员手卫生的依从率进行调查。结果该医院医护人员手卫生总平均依从率为55.7%;在各种诊疗操作后手卫生依从率为59.5%,各种诊疗操作前手卫生依从率为35.6%。进行无菌操作前手卫生依从率为72.0%。操作后手卫生依从率妇产科医护人员为64.1%,内、外科为52.7%。洗手六步法执行率仅为48.5%。该医院干手设施较少,能提供干手毛巾及纸巾的科室有SICU、RICU、呼吸科、血液科。实施干预措施后,普外科、心内科医护人员手卫生依从率提高到76.5%。结论北京朝阳医院医护人员手卫生依从率的状况亟待改善,需要提高医护人员手卫生意识,完善手卫生基础设施。

SURVEY ON CURRENT SITUATION OF HAND HYGIENE COMPLIANCE RATE OF MEDICAL STAFF AND ANALYSIS OF RELATED FACTORS AND COUNTERMEASURES

Objective To learn current situation of hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff and related factors in Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital.Methods On-site covert check method has been used to survey the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff in some clinical departments in the hospital.Results The average hand hygiene compliance rate of the medical staff is 55.7%;the rate is 59.5% after diagnose and treat methods,while the rate before the mentioned activities is 35.6%;hand hygiene compliance rate is as high as 72% before sterile operations.The rate in O&G department is 64.1%,and at the same time the rate in the department of internal medicine and dept. of surgery is 52.7%.The rate of correct washing(six-step washing method) is only 48.5%.In the hospital,the hand dryer supply is not adequate,dry towels and tissues are provided only in SICU,RICU,dept.of respiratory department and hematology department.Conclusions The situation of hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff in Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital has to be improved,and more publicity,education and training must be performed to improve the awareness of the medical staff in sanitation,and public health facilities should also be improved.
