| 摘 要： | 目的 同时测定美愈软胶囊中氢溴酸右美沙芬和愈创木酚甘油醚含量。方法 高效液相色谱法C18柱固定相,流动相为甲醇-0.28%辛烷磺酸钠-三乙胺(500∶498∶2),磷酸调至pH(3.4±0.05),检测波长280nm。结果 氢溴酸右美沙芬和愈创木酚甘油醚线性范围分别为32.7～87.2,223.8～596.8μg·mL-1,回收率分别为100.2%,99.2%,RSD分别为0.8%,0.7%(n=9)。结论 本法简单、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and guaifenesin in Meiyu soft capsules. METHODS HPLC C18 column was used as fixed phase. Mobile phase was consist of methanol-0.28% sodium octanesulfonate solution triethylamine(500∶498∶2), which was adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH(3.4±0.05).The detective wavelength was at 280nm.RESULTS The calibration curves for dextromehorphan hydrobromide and guaifenesin were linear over the range of 32.7～87.2,223.8～596.8μg·mL-1,respectively.The recoveries were 100.2% and 99.2% with RSD 0.8% and 0.7%(n=9),respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid , accurate and reproducible. |
