| 摘 要： | 目的]观察熊继柏教授经验方十味温胆汤加减治疗胸痹心痛的临床疗效。方法]对126例患者使用十味温胆汤(药用西洋参、丹参、炒枣仁、炙远志、法夏,等),随证加减。治疗30~45d,随访半年,判定疗效。结果]显效78例,有效34例,无效10例,失访4例,总有效率为91.80%。结论]熊继柏教授经验方十味温胆汤能有效改善胸痹心痛症状。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the professor Xiong Jibai experience of ten kinds of Wendan Decoction in treating angina pectoris clinical curative effect.Methods] 126 patients using ten kinds of Wendan Decoction(medicinal ginseng,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,fried semen Ziziphi Spinosae,sunburn,Polygala law summer,etc.),the card plus or minus.Treatment of 30~ 45d,follow-up for half a year,the curative effect.Results] 78 cases,effective in 34 cases,10 cases ineffective,lost in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 91.80%.Conclusion] Professor Xiong Jibai experience of ten kinds of Wendan Decoction can improve the symptoms of chest pain. |
