摘    要:地方性氟中毒是长期摄入过量氟而引起的一种慢性全身性疾病,我国是地方性氟中毒流行最为严重的国家之一。Notch信号通路是参与调节骨重建的重要分子系统,与氟中毒引起的骨损害有着密切联系,因此进一步探讨该信号通路及其相关信号分子在地方性氟中毒骨组织中的变化规律,将为深入研究地方性氟中毒的发病机制提供重要依据,并可能为预防和早期治疗地方性氟中毒提供有效方法。

Abstract:Endemic fluorosis is a chronic systemic disease caused by long-term intake of excessive fluoride,and China is one of the most seriously prevalent countries.Notch signaling pathway is an important molecular system which participates in adjusting bone remodeling and has a closed link with bone damage caused by fluorosis.Therefore,further exploration into the variation of Notch signaling pathway and its associated signaling molecules in bone tissue with endemic fluorosis will provide an important basis for studying the pathogenesis of this disease deeply,and may provide effective methods for the prevention and early treatment.
