晚期肺癌伴下呼吸道真菌感染126例临床分析

目的探讨晚期肺癌患者下呼吸道真菌感染的病因、诊断、治疗及预防。方法对我院2000年8月-2005年7月126例晚期肺癌患者合并呼吸道深部真菌感染的病因，临床表现、治疗等作回顾性分析。结果晚期肺癌患者呼吸道深部真菌感染与肺癌影响，长期应用抗生素、细胞毒性药物，机体免疫力低下等有关。结论对晚期肺癌患者呼吸道深部真菌感染应早期预防、早期诊断、及时治疗，选择合适的抗真菌药物，提高免疫力及支持治疗，才能取得比较满意的疗效。

Clinical analysis of 126 cases of advanced lung cancer accompanied with fungus infection of lower respiratory tract

Objective To investigate the etiological factor, diagnosis, treatment and precaution of in patients with advanced lung cancer accompanied with fungus infection of lower respiratory traCt. Methods The data of 126 cases advanced lung cancer accompanied with fungous infection of lower respiratory tract in our hospital from August 2000 to July 2005 were analyzed retrospectively about the etiological factor, diagnosis and treatment. Results Advanced lung cancer accompanied with fungous infection of lower respiratory tract was related to the effects of advanced lung cancer, long-term application of antibiotics or cytotoxic agent and the degression of immunity in patients. Conclusion In order to get a satisfactory therapeutic effect, early precaution, early diagnosis, prompt treatment, select the suitable antifungal agent and improvement the immunity and nutrition of patients should been done for advanced lung cancer accompanied with fungous infection of lower respiratory tract.
