中药经皮给药联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻疗效观察

目的：探讨中药经皮给药联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将我院2013年1月—2015年12月门诊治疗的婴儿迁延性腹泻患者130例随机分为2组，2组均给予肠道黏膜保护剂、肠道益生菌及补液等治疗，对照组继续予以母乳或普通配方奶喂养，治疗组应用中药经皮给药治疗仪（超声导入法）进行治疗，每日1次，5次为1个疗程，同时改予无乳糖奶粉喂养。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率90.7%，对照组总有效率70.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；2组患儿治疗前后每日大便次数比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论中药经皮给药联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻安全、有效，值得临床推广使用。

Observation of therapeutic efficacy of TCM percutaneous administration in combination with lactose-free milk power in treatment of infants with persistent diarrhea

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous administration Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)in combination with lactose-free milk power in treatment of infants with persistent diarrhea. Methods 130 infant patients with persistent diarrhea who had received treatment in our hospital from January, 2013 to December, 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given such treatment as intestinal mucosal protective agents, probiotics and fluid infusion, and continued to receive breast feeding or general formula feeding. In addition to being given the same treatment as that in the control group, patients in the treatment group underwent the treatment through the TCM percutaneous administration therapy device (sonophoresis) once daily for 5d, a treatment course. Meanwhile, patients were fed by lactose-free formula milk power, and comparison and observation were conducted between the two groups. Results The number of effective cases in the total effective rate is 90.7%, while the number of effective cases in the total effective rate is 70.7% . The difference between the two groups has a statistical significance(P<0.01). The comparison of defecation frequency of the babies in the two groups has a statistical significance. (P<0.01).Conclusion Percutaneous administration of TCM in combination with lactose-free milk powder in the treatment of infants with persistent diarrhea treatment is safe and efficacious, and it is worth clinical promotion for use.
