金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的：观察金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法在我院2014年5月—2015年5月门诊膝骨关节炎患者中选择210例，将其分观察组（105例）和对照组（105例）。观察组给予金乌骨通胶囊治疗，对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊口服治疗，4周后观察临床疗效。结果观察组 VAS 评分、KSS 评分显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论金乌骨通胶囊是治疗膝骨关节炎的一种疗效较好的药物。

Clinical observation of Jinwugutong capsule in treating knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinwu Gutong Capsule in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis. Methods Select 210 cases of knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 as study subjects. Diagnosed were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group(105 cases and control group(105 cases).the observation group was treated with Jinwu Gutong capsule,control group oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Capsules, curative effec After 4 weeks of treatment. Results Using VSA and KSS scores, observation group is higher than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions Jinwu Gutong capsule is a good drug for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
