欣母沛联合催产素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床观察

目的：探讨欣母沛联合催产素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法将80例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者随机分成2组，对照组39例，采用催产素治疗；观察组41例，采用欣母沛联合催产素治疗。观察2组临床疗效，测量2 h、24 h 阴道出血量和用药前后血压变化，记录产后出血相关并发症和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.68%，对照组为76.92%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组2 h、24 h 阴道出血量及失血性休克、子宫切除、产褥病及继发贫血病例数少于对照组（P<0.05），用药后，观察组收缩压和舒张压高于对照组（P<0.05），2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论欣母沛联合催产素可有效减少子宫收缩乏力性产后出血量，减少子宫切除病例，降低产后出血相关并发症的发生率。

Clinical observation of hemabate and oxytocin in the treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of hemabate and oxytocin treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80cases of postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group of 39 cases, the use of oxytocin treatment. The observation group of 41 cases, using hemabate and oxytocin treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, measured 2h, 24h vaginal bleeding volume and blood pressure changes before and after treatment, and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage related complications and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 92.68% in the observation group vs in the control group was 76.92% , the difference between two groups has statistical significance (χ2=3.893,P<0.01).The 2h and 24h vaginal bleeding , hemorrhagic shock, hysterectomy, cases of puerperal disease and secondary anemia in the observation group were fewer than that of the control group (P<0.01), After treatment, The systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion hemabate and oxytocin element can effectively reduce the uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage, the case of hysterectomy and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage related complications.
