恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效和安全性探讨

目的：研究恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2013年11月—2014年11月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者，共70例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予拉米夫定治疗，观察组给予恩替卡韦分散片治疗，比较观察2组患者的治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组患者治疗前和治疗后血清中HBV-DNA对数值水平与对照组均无显著差异（P>0.05），但对照组及观察组患者治疗后血清中HBV-DNA显著低于治疗前（7.57±0.94 vs 2.68±0.63；7.62±0.88 vs 2.73±0.57），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者血清HBV-DNA完全抑制率、HBeAg转阴率、ALT复常率、HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率与对照组比较均无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者疗效显著，安全性高，临床上值得进一步推广应用。

Observe the Entecavir dispersible tablets efficacy and safety for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To study the entecavir dispersible tablets efficacy and safety for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis b. Methods Select our hospital in November 2013 to November 2014 patients of chronic hepatitis b, a total of 70 cases, randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given lamivudine drug treatment, the observation group was given entecavir dispersible tablets drug treatment, compared to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients before and after treatment serum HBV- DNA of numerical levels had no significant difference with control group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),but control group and observation group after treatment in patients with serum HBV DNA levels were significantly lower than before treatment (7.57 ±0.94 vs 2.68 ±0.63;7.62 ±0.88 vs 2.73 ±0.57),statistically significant differences (P<0.05);Observation group of patients with serum HBV DNA-complete inhibition rate, HBeAg turns shade rate, ALT often rate, HBeAg HBeAb/serum conversion rate there were no significant difference compared with control group, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Entecavir dispersible tablets for the treatment of chronic hepatitis b patients curative effect is distinct , high safety,is worth further clinical application.
