基层医院慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑抑郁现状调查分析

目的：探讨基层医院慢性心力衰竭患者合并焦虑抑郁情况。方法对190例慢性心力衰竭患者采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行问卷调查，并与全国常模进行对比分析。结果基层医院慢性心力衰竭患者SAS和SDS评分（分别为38.38±10.31和34.96±9.89）显著高于全国常模（分别为29.78±10.07、33.46±8.55），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中，焦虑者64例（占33.68%），抑郁者55例（占28.95%），焦虑抑郁共病者12例（占6.31%），无焦虑、无抑郁者6例（占3.16%），且患病年龄多处于40岁~65岁之间。结论基层医院慢性心力衰竭患者存在较严重的焦虑、抑郁情绪，而且存在严重的识别和治疗不足情况。

Investigation on the prevalence of depression and anxiety disorder in patients with chronic heart failure in primary hospitals

Objective This paper mainly discusses the current situation of anxiety and depression syndrome complicated in patients with chronic heart failure in primary hospitals. Methods To investigate 190 chronic heart failure patients based on SAS(Self Rating Anxiety Scale) and SDS(Self Rating Depression Scale)questionnaire surveys, and analyze and compare the results to the national norm. Results The SAS and SDS grades of patients with chronic heart failure in primary hospitals(38.38±10.31 and 34.96±9.89 respectively) are significantly higher than the national norm (29.78 ±10.07 and 33.46 ±8.55 respectively), and there were significant differences (P<0.05). Among which there are 64 cases of anxiety disorders (which accounts for 33.68%),55 cases of depression disorders (which accounts for 28.95%), 12 cases of co-morbidities (which accounts for 6.31%), 6 cases without anxiety and depressions(which accounts for 3.16%), and most of the patients are between the age of 40 to 65. Conclusion There are severe anxiety and depression emotions existing in primary hospitals,among patients with chronic heart failure,and they are in great lack of identification and treatment.
