康复护理对尘肺患者心率和血氧饱和度的效果分析

目的：探讨康复护理对尘肺病患者心率及血氧饱和度的影响效果。方法对照组给予常规治疗及护理措施，研究组在常规治疗与护理基础上给予康复护理措施。记录2组治疗前后心率、血氧饱和度变化情况。结果2组尘肺病患者护理前心率、血氧饱和度比较无显著差异（P>0.05）；经不同方法护理后，2组心率、血氧饱和度均较护理前有所改善，且研究组改善幅度显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对尘肺病患者给予康复护理措施，有利于提高其疗效及预后，保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Rehabilitation care for heart rate and the effect of coal workers pneumoconiosis patients' oxygen saturation analysis

ObjectiveEffect of rehabilitation nursing on heart rate and oxygen saturation in patients with pneumoconiosis affect the results.MethodsThe control group received conventional treatment and care measures;The study group received conventional treatment in rehabilitation nursing and nursing basis. After recording before and after treatment heart rate,oxygen saturation changes.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment of pneumoconiosis heart rate,oxygen saturation comparative results(P>0.05);by two different methods of care after heart rate,oxygen saturation improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement of the study group amplitude was significantly better than the control group,comparing the results with statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionPneumoconiosis patients given rehabilitation care measures will help improve its efficacy and prognosis,quality of life and protect the lives and safety of patients.
