2014年-2015年泰安市献血不良反应原因分析

目的：对献血不良反应的原因进行调查分析。方法对泰安市2014年—2015年99458名无偿献血者中576名献血不良反应者进行分类,对不良反应的不同诱因,不良反应的不同程度进行了分类分析。结果不良反应的不同反应程度按照轻度、中度、重度分别为89.6%,6.8%,3.6%,不同诱因方面,精神紧张、疲劳过度或睡眠不足、空腹、晕针晕血、疼痛、其他的不良反应率分别为68.2%,14.6%,7.8%,4.0%,3.3%,2.1%。结论引起献血不良反应的原因主要有献血者精神紧张、疲劳或睡眠不足、空腹献血等,应该加强无偿献血的宣传工作、优化服务意识、提高静脉采血技术,从而预防献血不良反应的发生。
