淮安市卫生技术人员继续医学教育认知情况分析

[目的]了解淮安市卫生技术人员继续教育认知情况。[方法]对该市乡镇卫生院及以上卫生单位在职卫技人员开展继续医学教育情况自填式问卷调查。[结果]共调查卫生技术人员5 119人,继续医学教育认知程度得分平均为63.75分。不同性别、不同学历、不同专业、不同职称、不同级别单位的人员继续医学教育认知程度差异有统计学意义。[结论]全市卫生技术人员对继续医学教育的重要性认识在总体上还存在不足,继续医学教育工作的发展也存在不均衡性,各级卫生单位应进一步加强继续医学教育的宣传力度,提供多形式、多渠道、多途径的培训方式和机会,以进一步提高全市卫生技术人员整体水平。

ANALYSIS ON THE COGNITIVE CONDITION OF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION AMONG MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN HUAI''''AN CITY

[Objective]To find out the cognitive condition of continuing medical education among medical workers in Huai'an city.[Methods]A self-administrated questionnaire investigation was conducted among medical personnel who worked in township hospitals and other medical institutions superior to township hospitals in Huai'an city.[Results]A total of 5 119 medical workers were investigated,and the average score of cognition level of continuing medical education was 63.75,which varied in medical workers with different gender,educational background,specialties,professional title and hospitals.[Conclusions]The cognition to the importance of continuing medical education among medical workers in Huai'an is deficient in the whole,and the development of continuing medical education is unbalanced.Hospitals in every level should strengthen the propaganda of continuing medical education,and provide more training by multiple forms,channels and approaches,in order to improve the whole level of medical workers in Huai'an city.
