经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效分析

目的探讨腔内输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石68例。结果68例输尿管结石一次碎石成功62例（91．2％）,失败6例（8．8％）,其中上段输尿管结石移位3例．改ESWL后成功。输尿管穿孔1例,进镜失败2例,均中转开放手术治愈。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、可靠、术后恢复快等优点,可视为中下段输尿管结石首选治疗方法。

The effect analysis of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral ealculi

Objective To evaluate the clinical use of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral stones. Methods 68 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with ureteroscopic peneumatic lithotripsy. Results 68 cases of ureteral stones were treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy of which 91.2% (62/68) were fragmented on the first session and 8.8% (6/68) were failed. Three of them which the proximal ureteral calculi were moved to renal pelvic and successfully cured by ESWL after the double "J" ureteral stent was placed. The open surgery was choice after the ureteral perforation in one case and the failure of inserting the ureteroscope in 2 cases. Conclusion Treatment of ureteral calcali with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy has been less invasire, safe, effective, and rapid recovery, and should be the first choice to the patients with middle and low ureteral stones.
