胸苷酸合成酶的表达及其与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究

目的　探讨子宫内膜癌(EMC)中胸苷酸合成酶(TS)的表达对子宫内膜癌患者预后的影响。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测48例子宫内膜癌石蜡标本中的TS蛋白表达情况。结果　TS蛋白在子宫内膜癌与正常内膜中的表达有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ,TS表达与肿瘤低分化(P <0 .0 5 )、深层浸润(P <0 .0 5 )、手术-病理分期晚期(P <0 .0 5 )、淋巴结转移(P <0 .0 5 )密切相关。结论　TS在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达增强,可能是子宫内膜癌患者一个重要的预后指标。

Expression of Thymidylate Synthase and Its Relationship with Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of thymidylate synthase in endometrial carcinoma and Its relationship with the prognosis. Methods Expression of thymidylate synthase was detected by immunohistochemistry in 48 endometrial carcinoma tissues.Its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed. Results Expression of TS in EMC increased significantly elevated compared with the normal group(P< 0.01 ). TS expression was significantly correlated four clinicopathologic parameters:histologic type(P<0.05),depth of invasion(P<0.05), clinical stage (P<0.05)and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions Expression of TS in EMC increased significantly elevated.The expression of thymidylate synthase may be one of the important prognostic indicator for endometrial carcinoma.
