汶川大地震伤员的远程转运

四川汶川大地震发生后，48h内绵阳市中心医院收治了1500余例伤员，医院面临场所告急、药品短缺、器械匮乏、继续救治任务重、防疫压力大等问题。对此，绵阳市政府高度重视，组织制订了远程转运伤员应急预案，并于5月17日启动了首批伤员通过公路转运至重庆的方案。转运前，进行了伤员动员与筛查、医护人员和医疗设备合理配置；转运途中，对危重伤员病情观察和监护、给予有效的心理干预。此次转运经过3市6县，历时5h，路程350km。动员了80辆救护车和一些客运大巴。车队由卫生执法警车开道，另有一辆物资车押后。多部门协同运作，按计划向重庆市转运首批伤员200例。

Long-distance transferring of seriously wounded persons during the Wenchuan severe earthquake

Suffering from a want of supplies of medicaments, medical equipments, and wards, Mianyang Central Hospital decided to transfer 200 severely wounded persons admitted during the Wenchuan earthquake to Chongqing. A special group was established and a detailed specific transferring plan was made immediately. The plan was supported by the relevant governments. The medical professionals concerned received intensive training. Screening of the patients with stable life signs, willing to go and tolerant of the long-distance transferring was conducted first. 80 ambulances and several buses were mobilized. Lasting 5 hours, the transferring of patients had to pass 3 cities and 6 counties with a distance of 350 km. The fleet was led by a police car in charge of health inspection, and a truck to carry materials brought up the rear. When the vehicles jolted badly over rough road, the drivers drove slower. Psychological interference was conducted en route to alleviate fear, anxiety, and other negative moods. The medical institutions that were to receive the transferred patients all provided active cooperation. At last such long-distance transferring of the wounded was finished successfully.
