| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗扁平胸的临床效果.方法:用注射器于双侧大腿富含脂肪处抽吸脂肪,然后将抽出的自体脂肪颗粒注射于双侧乳房后间隙.结果:本组共19例,手术过程顺利,术后随访13例,随访时间3个月一18个月.隆乳效果满意或基本满意.结论:用自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行隆乳治疗其方法简便、安全经济,术后恢复快,无排异反应,患者容易接受.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the curative effect of autologous adipose granule transplant in treating flat chest. Method： To extract adipose granule from bilateral thighs, afterwards, to inject the adipose granule to bilateral retromammary space. Results： The total 19 cases in treatment group were treated with the operation very well. 13 of them were paid follow - up visit in a period of 3 - 18 months after the operation. The mammaplasty effect was satisfying or basically satisfying. Conclusion： Autologous adipose granule transplant was a convenient method in treating fiat chest. It was safe, economical and easy to be acceptable for patients with the advantages of fast recovery after the operation and no reject reaction. |
