圣约翰草提取物治疗青少年抑郁症开放性研究

目的探讨圣约翰草提取物治疗青少年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法对77例青少年抑郁症患者给予圣约翰草提取物治疗，观察8w。于治疗前及治疗第1w、2w、4w、8w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，总体临床印象量表评定疾病的严重程度，同时记录治疗中出现的不良反应。结果治疗8w末，总有效率达90．8％；汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、总体临床印象量表评分，治疗第1w末起均较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．01），并随治疗时间的延续呈持续性下降。治疗8w末，男女患者、复发与未复发患者、社会功能是否受损患者的汉密顿抑郁量表减分率均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；病程〈6mo患者的减分率显著大于病程≥6mo的患者（P〈0．05）；不良反应发生率低，且程度较轻微。结论圣约翰草提取物治疗青少年抑郁症疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好。

A open study of St John's wort extract in adolescent depression

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of St John＇s wort extract in adolescent depression. Methods A open multicenter study was performed in 77 adolescents with depression on St John＇s wort extract for 8 weeks. Curative effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Clinical Global Impression （CGI） before treatment and at the ends of the 1^st,2^nd,4^th and 8^th week, at the same time adverse reactions recorded. Results Total effective rate was 90.8%. At the end of the 8^th week, there were no significant differences in gender,relapse, HAMA score-reducing rate and social function（P〉0.05）; score-reducing rate was significantly lower in patients with 〈 6 months of disease course than in ones with ≥ 6 months（P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions were fewer and mild. Conclusion St John＇s wort extract is effective and safe in the treatment of adolescent depression.
