| 摘 要： | 目前,前列腺癌的早期诊断方法主要是通过前列腺特异性抗原筛查,但前列腺特异抗原的特异性低。近年来,不断有学者提出各种肿瘤标志物,试图寻找敏感性、特异性更高的生物标志物。现就近年研究中较新、较有前景的几种肿瘤生物标志物(α-甲基-辅酶A消旋酶、Survivin蛋白、胸腺素β15、核基质蛋白)予以综述。

| Abstract: | Currently,Prostate-specific antigen screening is the main method for early diagnosis of prostate cancer, but the specificity of PSA is low. In recent years, a variety of tumor markers have been raising to find out the biology, marker with higher sensitivity and specificity. This article is intented to make a review about some of more promising tumor biomarkers such as α-methyl-coenzyme A raeemase, Survivin protein, Thymosin β15 ,nuclear matrix protein. |
