Ang-4在大肠癌的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨血管生成素4（Ang-4）在大肠癌的表达和肿瘤生长的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测48例大肠癌、25例正常肠组织中Ang-4蛋白的表达,以CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞,并计数微血管密度（MVD）。结果 Ang-4在大肠癌组的表达为75.0%,明显高于对照组（24.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;大肠癌组Ang-4表达与MVD成正相关（r=0.577,P〈0.01）。结论 Ang-4在大肠癌中的过度表达提示其在肿瘤血管新生、促进肿瘤的发生发展起重要作用。

Expression of Ang-4 Protein and Its Relationship with Microvessel Density in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

Objective To examine the expression of Ang-4 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its relationship with microvessel density.Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to assess the expression levels of Ang-4 and CD34 in 48 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 25 cases of normal colon tissues respectively.The microvessel density（MVD） was counted by the expression of CD34.Results The expression of Ang-4 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues（75.0% vs 20.0%,P0.001）.There was a remarkable positive correlation between the expression of Ang-4 and MVD in colorectal adenocarcinoma（r=0.577,P0.01）.Conclusion The overexpression of Ang-4 protein may play an important role in angiogenesis of colorectal adenocarcinoma and may promote the development of it.
