| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨特重烧伤晚期残余创面的治疗。方法 采用全身浸泡,局部使用抗菌素,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的方法治疗30例特重烧伤后期顽固性残余创面。结果 30例顽固性残余创面全部愈合。结论 对烧伤晚期残余创面采用全身浸泡,局部使用抗菌素贝复剂是较为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapy methods of remnant burned wound. Methods 30 remnant burned wounds were treated by soak , used by Antibioltics locally and with bFGF. Results 30 remnant burned wounds were all cured. Conclusion The soak,using antibioltics locally and bFGF are effective methods in treating remnant burned wound. |
