摘    要:本文用放免法直接定量测定了14名正常男性口服绞股蓝总甙片(GPs)前后血小板表面α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)的分子数。结果发现,口服GPs(60mg,tid)20天后,GMP-140从服药前的864±120降至538±60个分子数/血小板(P<0.05),体循环及肺循环动脉压及血管阻力、心率、心室射血时间及心脏每搏与每分输出量无显著变化。结果提示,口服GPs可降低正常人血小板的活化程度而不影响体、肺循环血流动力学,可能对血栓性疾病有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:The present study was performed to determine the effects of gypenosides(GPs) on GMP-140 molecules on the platelat surface by RIA in 14 normal subjects.After 20 days of oral administration of GPs,GMP-140 decreased from pretreatment value of 864±123 to 538±60 molecules/platelet(P<0.05),while systemic and pulmonay artery pressure and vascular resistance,heart rate,left ventricular ejection time,stroke volume and cardiac output remained unchanged.The results suggest that oral administration of GPs inhibits platelet activation without the side-effects on systemic and pulmonary hemodynamics,and can be used for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disorders.
