四氮唑兰法在肝癌细胞化疗药物敏感性试验中的应用

目的：探索MTT法在癌细胞体外化疗物敏感性试验中的应用价值。方法：采用四氮唑兰（MTT）法，对20例原发性肝癌患者癌细胞进行7种抗癌药物敏感性测定。结果：检测成功率为805，7种化疗药物对肝癌细胞的有效率分别为：5－Fu和MMC为37．5％，ADM25％，MTX21．4％，Car20％，DDP12。5％，A-C0%,结论MTT法在肝癌细胞体外化疗药物敏感性试验中检测成功率高，个体差异明显。因此，MTT法药敏试验在指导临床肿瘤化疗，提高化疗效果中具有重要的应用价值。

The application of MTT method on pharmacal sensitivity test of liver cancer chemotherapy

Objective To study the applicate value of MTT method on anticancer drugs pharmcal sensitivity test of anticancer drugs on cancer cells in vitro.Methods To test the sensitivity of seven anticancer drugs to treating with liver cancer cells of 20 cases of primary liver cancer. Results The success rate of test was 80%.The rate of effectiveness of anticancer drugs to liver cancer cell is as follows,5-Fu and MMC were 37 5%,ADM was 25%,MTX was 21 4%,Car was 20%,DDP was 12 5%,Ara c was zero.Conclusion The result shows that MTT method has a higher successful to test the pharmal sensitivity of liver cancer chemotherapy drugs but the seven anticancer drugs,differ individuall.Therefore,the MTT method has a important clinical application value for clinical cancer chemotherapy and it can raise the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
