摘    要:以126例生育年龄非妊娠女工的髂结节间径、髂前上棘间径、大转子间径及坐骨结节间径为自变量估计因变量中骨盆横径,求出多元回归方程y=-6.89+0.05X_1+0.12X_2+0.23X_3+0.77X_4;以骶耻外径和骨盆倾斜度为自变量估计因变量中骨盆矢径,其回归方程为y=6.09+0.39X_1-0.05X_2;方差分析结果F值分别为40.59与8.26.均具有高度显著性;对偏回归系教进行显著性检验及进行逐步回归分析,得出最优方程为y=-6.87+0.16X_2+0.24X_3+0.78X_4与y=4.20+0.37骶耻外径,F检验结果F值分别为5.410与16.29,均具有极显著意义,可以应用于临床对中骨盆径的估计以取代X线测量.

Abstract:The multidimensional regression analysis calculating the diameters of middle pelvis with external measurement of pelvis was carried out in 126 women who were at childbearing age and not fertilized. The diameter between tubercles of iliac crest (x_1), diameter between anterior superior iliac spines (x_2), diameter between greater trochanters ( x_3) and diameter between ischial tubercles (x_4) were acted as the independent variable, the dependent variable, the transverse diameter of middle pelvis (y), was evaluated. The multidimensional regression equation was calculated: y=-6.89+0.05x_1+0.12x_2+0.23x_3+0.77x_4. Then, the external sacropubic diameter (x_1) and inclination of pelvis (x_2) were used as the independent, the dependent variable (y)-the sagittal diameter of middle pelvis-was figured out, and the regression equation was as follows: y=6.09+ 0.39x_1-0.05x_2. "These two regression equations were tested by the analysis of variance. F values are 40.69 and 8.26 respectively, They are both of high significance. The significance test of partial regression coefficient and stepwise regression analysis were carried out respectively. The best regression equations were obtained iey=-6.87+0.16x_2+0.24x_3+0.78x_4 andy=4.20+0.37 external sacro-pubic diameter. F values are 54.10 and 16.29 respectively, they are of high significance, so they can be used in clinical practice to estimate the diameters of middle pelvis, replacing radiogrametry.
