柱晶白霉素及其制剂的有效期预测方法的探讨

摘    要:本文通过多组分抗生素降解动力学方程的推导,表明在一般情形下,多组分抗生素的效价变化不能表达为简单级数反应,因此不能用一般动力学方法预测有效期。将初均速法用于含8个以上组分的柱晶白霉素及其制剂的有效期预测,结果与留样考察相近。

Abstract:The degradation equations of antibiotics with more than one components were infered, which showed that the potency change of such kinds of antibiotics couldn't be described by simple reactions in general cases, so that the shelflife couldn't be predicted with usual kinetic methods.The initial average rate method was used to predict the shelflives of leucomycin which contained over 8 components and of its dosage forms, the results obtained were near to,those obtained by observations under room temperature condition.
