康复新液联合蒙脱石散防治放射性口腔炎30例临床观察

目的观察康复新液联合蒙脱石散防治放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将60例即将放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用康复新液联合蒙脱石散糊剂含漱后慢咽;对照组30例应用口泰漱口液漱口。观察2组口腔黏膜损伤的分级情况、疼痛指数和黏膜反应恢复时间及总疗程完成时间。结果治疗组1级口腔黏膜急性放射性损伤发生率较对照组高(P0.05),2、3、4级均较对照组低(P0.05);2组平均疼痛指数比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组平均恢复时间和平均总疗程完成时间较对照组短(P0.01)。结论康复新液联合蒙脱石散可降低头颈部恶性肿瘤患者急性口腔黏膜反应发生率及疼痛指数,缩短损伤后恢复时间及总疗程完成时间,是良好的放疗辅助用药。

Observation of clinical effect of combination of Kangfuxin solution and Smectite on the preventive treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucosits

Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of Kangfuxin solution and Smectite on the preventive treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucosits. Method 60 patients with malignant tumors of head and neck who would be exposed to radiation were divided into two groups randomly. The test group was treated with Kangfuxin solution and Smectite; the control group was treated with Compound Chlorhexidine Gargle in same way. Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to oral mucosa radiation injury classification and pain index and restored time of damage between the test group and the control. Result The difference of the pain index and oral mucosa radiation injury classification and restored time of damage between the test group and the control was significant statistically. Conclusion The effect of combination of Kangfuxin solution and Smectite on the preventive treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucosits is obviously, and therefore the method is worth spreading.
