摘    要:肺外成体干细胞移植治疗急性肺损伤具有巨大的应用前景。移植入体内的肺外成体干细胞首先在损伤肺组织细胞释放的一系列信号因子的引导下归巢到肺损伤和炎症部位,分化为肺组织细胞(肺上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞等)并发挥相应功能。干细胞移植后不仅具有分化能力,还具有抗炎效应和免疫调节功能,成为目前新的研究热点。

Abstract:[ABSTRACT] Engraftment of adult stem cells that is characteristic of active homing, regulation and differentiation could be used in clinical setting of acute lung injury(ALI) and shows great prospect. Adult ex-pulmonary stem cells engrafted into body can migrate and localize in destructed lung tissue and inflammatory field. The possible mechanism is that necrotic lung tissue cells release a series of signals which induces stem cells that express specific receptors to mobile and adhere in injuried tissue. Stem cells that localize in destructed lung tissue and inflammatory field can differentiate into lung tissue cells (including lung epithelial cell and pulmonary vascular endothelial cell) and play function. More recently, the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effect of stem cells in lung injury model have generated a great deal of interest and attention in academia.
