曲马多雾化吸入对咽部术后镇痛治疗的护理观察临床研究

目的：为咽部术后镇痛寻求一种安全、无创、简便、经济而患者易接受的方法和药物。方法：收集在全麻下行咽部手术的病人80例,将80例病人随机分成两组（每组40例）,分别予曲马多及利多卡因进行超声雾化吸入,根据各项指标进行临床疗效判断,比较有无统计学意义。结论：曲马多雾化吸入用于咽部术后具有镇痛效果好,且价低、安全、无创、简便,是咽部术后镇痛较好的选择。

Clinical Study on Tramadol Inhalation on Postoprative Analgesia of Pharynx

Objective： Postoperative analgesia for the pharynx to seek a safe, non--invasive, simple, economical and easy to accept patients with the methods and drugs. Methods ：Collected in pharyngeal anesthesia patients 80 cases, 80 cases of patients will be randomly divided into two groups （each group of 40 patients）, respectively, for tramadol and lidocaine for ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, according to various indicators to determine clinical efficacy, compare the availability of statistical significance. Conclusion ： Tramadol inhalation for patients with pharyngeal good analgesic effect, and awarded to the lowest, safe, non--invasive, simple and pharynx postoperative analgesia is a better choice.
