| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脉压与脑梗死发病率的相关性。方法：回归分析近2年来本院住院的200例脑梗死患的资料。结果：脑梗死的发生率：脉压＜46mmHg组9．5％,脉压46－63mmHg组37．5％,脉压＞63mmHg组53％;组间比较有显差异（P＜0．01）。结论：脉压增大患脑梗死发病率显增高。
