不同诱导源诱导家蝇抗菌物质的动力学研究

摘    要:目的 比较不同诱导源诱导家蝇血淋巴中产生抗菌物质的动力学变化及抗菌活性。方法 采用抑菌圈法。以60Coγ射线,活的大肠杆菌及热灭活的金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和生理盐水为诱导源,均能诱导出家蝇血淋巴中的抗菌物质。结果 不同诱导源诱导家蝇产生抗菌物质的活性大小不同,达到最大活性的时间不同,抗菌特性亦有差异。经热灭活细菌诱导的抗菌物质抗菌活性大,抗菌种类多。同时,未经诱导的家蝇血淋巴也有抗菌活性。结论 抗菌物质具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective Comparative studies on the dynamic changes and the bacteriologic activities from the haemolymph of Musca Domestica L. induced by several factors. Methods The method of plate grouth inhibition assay was used in the investigations. Musca Domestion L could be induced to produce antibacterial substances in the haemolymph by injection with live E coil heat killed S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and salive or treatment with~60 CO r - rays. Result The haemolymph from the insect induced by several factors had different reponses. The haemolymph from the insect vaccinated by heat kill S. aureus and P. aeruginosa was more active against bacteria than that by live E. coli or treated with~60 Co r- rays. It was found that the haemolymph was efficient against several Gram- positive and Gram negative bacterial strains. Meanwhile the haemolymph from the non-- induced insect also had antibacterial activity. Conclusions The antibacterial substance has potential and applicable values.
