坛紫菜多糖对脾细胞活性的影响

摘    要:目的:坛紫菜多糖分级组分F1、F2和F3是从坛紫菜中通过热水提取及DEAE-纤维素层析得到的3个多糖组分。本文研究了坛紫菜多糖组分对大鼠脾细胞活性的影响。方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色方法研究坛紫菜多糖组分对大鼠脾细胞活性的影响。结果:Fl和F2对脾细胞的活性具有明显的抑制作用,F3对脾细胞活性也有一定的抑制作用。而且3种多糖组分能够显著抑制紫外线损伤的脾细胞的活性。结论:坛紫菜多糖对免疫细胞的活性具有明显的抑制作用,可能是一种潜在的免疫抑制剂。

Abstract:Objective Polysaccharide fractions F1, F2 and F3 were prepared from Porphyra haitanensis by hot-water extraction and DEAE-cellulose chromatography. Their effects on the activity of spleen cells were investigated in this study. Methods MTT tetrazolium assay was adopted to study the effect of these polysaccharide fractions on the activity of spleen cells. Results F1 and F2 showed significant inhibitory effect on the activity of spleen cells. F3 exhibited slight inhibitory effect. All the fractions markedly inhibited the activities of spleen cells damaged by ultraviolet radiation. Conclusion Polysaccharide fractions from Porphyra haitanensis significantly inhibit the activity of spleen cells. The test results indicated that they are potential immunosuppressive agents.
